Shipping Policy
At QHBeauty we aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Dispatch times
- Orders placed before 8am, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 8am, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
- We do not dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
UK delivery
- 48 Hour Tracked (Royal Mail): FREE. Usually 2–3 working days.
- 24 Hour Tracked: £2.99 per order. Usually 1–2 working days.
- Next Day Special Delivery: £11.99 per order. Next working day after dispatch.
International delivery
- EU: £11.99 per order. Usually 7–14 working days.
- Rest of world (selected countries): £23.99 per order. Usually 7–14 working days.
Delivery prices are per order, not per item. Delivery times are estimates from the day of dispatch, and can be affected by carrier delays, customs or weather.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, duties and taxes
For orders outside the UK, any customs fees, duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or delivery price.
Shipping restrictions
We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses. Some products may be restricted from international delivery due to customs rules.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 working days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Incorrect address
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-sending it is the customer’s responsibility.
